A spicy spinach sriracha dip to serve with your favorite dipper!

Sriracha Dip

Sriracha Dip

I’m not going to lie to you…as exciting as it is to be in the midst of playoff football season and all that it entails, especially being near Seattle right now, I’m not that big of a fan of the actual game. It gets to be a long season in the house of a super-fan, and by the end I am usually Done. I could take or leave the actual game usually (except for the big game, of course!), but what I really like is the excuse to throw down on the food!

Dips, appetizers, desserts, and all the other awesome party foods that go along with it. THAT, I am totally on board with!

Sriracha Spinach Dip

This dip was also a snap to toss together. Cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, seasonings, garlic, spinach, and sriracha. Just enough to give it a little extra, not enough to make it actually spicy.

Coke Ritz Campaign-5

Mix together and put into a baking dish. Top with generous amounts of mozzarella.

Sriracha Spinach Dip

Bake at 350 for 25 – 30 minutes. That golden brown melty cheese was my favorite part.

I love spinach dip! The addition of hot sauce makes so much sense. I love spicy, so this will definitely be happening in the future (since we are not football people, we will have to come up with another reason to celebrate… or just eat it for dinner one night!)

Great idea! I think the a little chili garlic paste would work great in this too, but I wanted to keep it mild enough for the kids to munch on. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!

I had to make this today (2015 Superbowl Sunday) just love substituting kale for spinach. Results were excellent. I also had leftover grilled bell peppers and green onions added them for smokey yumminess. I subscribed to you and enjoy future recipes. Thank you

That’s great! I bet it was fantastic with Kale and the grilled peppers and onions. Thanks for reading and taking the time to report your experiences!
