Air Fryer Recipe

If you haven't gotten on the Air Fryer bus yet, you are late. This is not one of those countertop appliances that is going to collect dust. We use our air fryer more often than we use the microwave.

Not only is it perfect for reheating leftovers while maintaining their quality, it is also great for cooking things fresh, making frozen convenient items at a much higher level than the microwave, and being easy enough to use that even your kids can probably handle it.

What kind of air fryer is best?

There are many different varieties of air fryers. They even come built in to newer ovens, sometimes! That kind of defeats the purpose for me, but hey. You do you! My air fryer is a "dome" version, meaning it is large and can fit a lot of food in it, but it is shallow. Even a spatchcock chicken wouldn't fit in this model, but that's perfect for us since we only do those on the grill anyway. 😉
