Recipe FAQ
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. They will lose some crispness but can be reheated.
Reheat on the Blackstone, in an oven, or in your air fryer at 375°F until hot and crispy. Avoid microwaving as it will make the fries soggy.
You can cook the fries partially in advance and finish them with the garlic butter and Parmesan just before serving for maximum flavor.
Olive oil can replace avocado oil, and pre-minced garlic works in a pinch. If you prefer, swap parsley with basil or thyme for a different herb twist.
