There are zero reasons why you can't make fun, restaurant-quality appetizers and snacks at home for a fraction of the price, all while not sacrificing any of the flavors you love.

These fries are so easy to make, turn out just as crispy as their deep-fried cousins, and you'll taste all of the parmesan garlic butter in every bite.

We love making Frozen Fries on the Griddle, but until today we'd never done any with fun toppings on them. I mean, sure we made some Poutine, which was amazing, but not really the same, you know?

Recipe FAQ

How should I store leftover Parmesan Garlic Fries?

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. They will lose some crispness but can be reheated.

How do I reheat these fries?

Reheat on the Blackstone, in an oven, or in your air fryer at 375°F until hot and crispy. Avoid microwaving as it will make the fries soggy.

Can I prepare this recipe ahead of time?

You can cook the fries partially in advance and finish them with the garlic butter and Parmesan just before serving for maximum flavor.

What substitutions can I use?

Olive oil can replace avocado oil, and pre-minced garlic works in a pinch. If you prefer, swap parsley with basil or thyme for a different herb twist.
