Traeger Venison Recipes
Venison is one of my favorite proteins. I grew up in Northern Minnesota, where the king of game is the Whitetail deer, and school and work basically shuts down for 2 weeks during the hunting season. While I didn't grow up hunting, venison was never in short supply.
These days, we don't get out as much as we'd like (though Jeremiah did get a nice deer a year or two ago that was fantastic), more often than not we're using Maui Nui Axis Deer in these recipes. Not an affiliate, but I've really had good experiences with their product.
