Ingredients

zucchini
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
coarse sea salt
2
ounces
shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your pellet grill to 450°F.
Wash your zucchini and cut them in half lengthwise.
Rub the tops of the zucchini with the olive oil.
Sprinkle the sea salt on top of the zucchini.
Place the zucchini directly onto the grill grates face down.
Let cook 6 minutes and then turn them over.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of the zucchini.
Close the lid to the grill and let cook for another 6 minutes.
Open the grill to check the zucchini.
If the Parmesan cheese is all melted, pull from the grill and serve.
