Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 2 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your pellet grill to 450°F.
- Wash your zucchini and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Rub the tops of the zucchini with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle the sea salt on top of the zucchini.
- Place the zucchini directly onto the grill grates face down.
- Let cook 6 minutes and then turn them over.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of the zucchini.
- Close the lid to the grill and let cook for another 6 minutes.
