Grilled Cajun Crab Legs
I’m such a huge fan of seafood. Crab, especially, is one of my favorites. Cooking seafood over wood fire is the perfect way to give it a touch of smoke without being overpowering.
We hit the easy button with this recipe by using a pre-made Cajun seasoning mix. You can make your own Cajun seasoning if you want, it is really easy to whip together, but I really love this Cajun Gold blend by Spiva Cooking.

FAQ
Can I use a different type of crab?
Yes. King crab or Dungeness can be substituted, though you may need to adjust the cook time slightly based on size.
Can I prep this in advance?
You can prep the butter mixture and clean the crab and corn ahead of time. Assemble and grill just before serving for best texture and flavor.
How do I store leftovers?
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the grill or in the oven at 300°F until warmed through.
What can I use if I don’t have a Traeger?
A standard oven or other pellet smoker will work, but you’ll miss the subtle smoke flavor. Add a dash of liquid smoke to the butter if needed.
