How to make Grilled Chicken Caprese

Begin by evenly coating the chicken breasts with olive oil.
Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, then place it on a preheated grill over medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for about 3 minutes per side, turning once.
Transfer the grilled chicken to a shallow baking dish or cake pan.

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/4″ thick pieces. Layer these slices on the chicken, starting with tomatoes and then mozzarella.
Place the chicken back on the grill and continue cooking for approximately 10 more minutes.
