Blackstone Spicy Broccoli Shrimp Stir Fry
We love making stir fry for dinner. Grab any protein and almost any vegetable you have laying around and combine it with this flavorful Chili Garlic Stir Fry Sauce, and you've got a winning dinner that everyone will love.
We made this on our Blackstone griddle, which is excellent for achieving a nice sear on the shrimp and broccoli and maintaining heat even when you're cooking for a crowd. If you don't have a gas griddle yet or it is buried in a snow bank, you can also make this in a regular non-stick skillet or wok. For variations, consider adding bell peppers, snow peas, or mushrooms for additional flavors and textures. Tofu can be substituted for the shrimp for a vegetarian version.
