  3. Freeze – Place the lid on and freeze for at least 24 hours until fully solid.
  4. Process In Ninja CREAMi – Install the frozen container in your Ninja CREAMi and run the “Lite Ice Cream” cycle, following the machine’s instructions.
  5. Adjust Texture – If you want it creamier, run a second cycle. Serve immediately or refreeze excess.

You can still have creamy dreamy ice cream even if you're dairy free! This ice cream base is great on its own or as the base for any number of mix-ins.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup vanilla oat milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Add to the scoopable fill line in the Ninja Creami container.
  2. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Remove lid and place into the Ninja Creami Delux with the lid on following the factory instructions, and run on the Lite Ice Cream cycle.
  4. Remove and check the consistency. Process again if it isn't as creamy as you prefer.
  5. Serve immediately, and freeze any excess promptly.

You can definitely tell there's coconut milk in it, but I wouldn't call it overwhelmingly coconut.
