Spicy Grilled Korean Chicken Wings
Fire up your grill because today we’re cooking with the incredible flavors popular in Korean cuisine, and making some Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings! These wings combines traditional Korean spices like Gochugaru with the modern convenience of pellet grilling.
This recipe showcases our spicy, tangy Korean Wing Sauce and the flavor of perfectly grilled chicken wings. The secret lies in the blend of seasoning and meticulous cooking technique, ensuring every wing is coated in big, bold flavors.
We used one of my favorite seasoning blends from Spiceology as the main component of the dry rub. Jet Tila’s Sour Power is a great option for this, and you’ll find yourself reaching for it for so many different things. This is not a one-trick pony in your spice cabinet and is well worth the real estate it takes up.

Korean Chicken Wings FAQ
What’s the best way to store any leftovers?
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
How should wings be reheated to keep them crispy?
Wings are best reheated in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness. Preheat to 325°F and heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until hot all the way through.
Can this recipe be made in advance?
Wings really have their peak flavor and texture right after they are cooked. I wouldn’t recommend making these too far in advance on purpose. Can they be grilled and transported across town for a party? Absolutely! Cover them in foil and reheat for a few minutes in the oven or back on a grill before serving.
