Our Chicken Yakisoba Recipe is one of my favorite dinners to make on our griddle. It is loaded with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a super-flavorful sauce, but it comes together in about half an hour.

Blackstone Chicken Yakisoba Recipe
A good yakisoba is hard to beat. You can throw together whatever meat you have in the fridge with all of those vegetables that are almost ready for the bin. This one is made with chicken breast and vegetables, and a simple sauce recipe that you probably have all of the ingredients for in your fridge and pantry already.
Feel free to experiment and change this up a bit! Don’t have all the vegetables? Use what you have. Toss in some cabbage, red bell peppers, extra onion, or whatever else sounds good at the moment.
Don’t have a Blackstone? You can easily use a wok or a large non-stick skillet on the stove for this. Just be careful not to overload the pan. Cook in batches, if necessary, and keep the batches hot in a metal bowl covered with foil in-between.
