Ingredients

  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ pound Spicy Italian Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons chopped Calabrian Chiles in oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 24- ounce jar Rao's Marinara Sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 8 ounces high-quality pasta
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage. Drain excess fat from the pan.
