Grilled Parmesan Cabbage Steaks

This recipe took TikTok by storm recently, and being a dedicated cabbage lover, I sent my grocery-getters (ie: my driving teenagers) to the store that same day to pick up a couple of heads of cabbage.

The process couldn’t be easier, either. Anyone can make these. I suggest using your pellet grill for that extra wood-fired flavor, but your oven would work, too, if you haven’t joined the pellet smoker club yet.

This makes a great side dish for your next steak or a Stuffed Pork Chop. It can also go well next to a whole roasted chicken.

Why you’ll love this dish…

  • Flavorful Alternative to Meat: Offers a hearty, satisfying option for those seeking vegetarian dishes.
  • Easy Preparation: Simple ingredients and straightforward cooking steps make this ideal for any skill level.
  • Versatile: Can be adapted with different herbs or toppings to suit personal tastes.
  • Nutritious: Cabbage is low in calories but high in vitamins C and K, making this dish both healthy and delicious.
