Blackstone Teriyaki Beef

Beef Teriyaki on the Blackstone Griddle

The key to this beef teriyaki recipe is in the marinade. By combining ingredients like pineapple juice, soy sauce, mirin, and red miso paste, you create a marinade that tenderizes the steak and gives it a flavor hard to beat.

Marinating the steak is a crucial step. For the best results, let the steak marinate for at least 4 hours, or ideally up to 12 hours. This allows the flavors to fully penetrate the meat, resulting in a more flavorful dish. Once marinated, the steak is cooked on a Blackstone grill, yielding a wonderful char and smokiness that complement the teriyaki flavors perfectly.
