Season the pork tenderloin on all sides with the OWYD Spicy Pork Rub.
4 tablespoons spicy pork rub
Create a bacon weave with 8-9 pieces of bacon. This is similar to how you create a lattice pie crust. Wrap the bacon weave over the pork tenderloin. Wrap the entire thing in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for an hour. This helps the bacon-wrap stay in place during cooking.
While the pork is in the fridge, preheat your grill to 375°F.
Place the pork tenderloin on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place into the preheated grill.
Cook for about an hour, until the bacon is fully cooked and the internal temperature of the pork tenderloin reaches 145°F.
