Instructions
Take your steak from the refrigerator and let rest for 15-20 minutes in order to get the steak up to room temperature.
While the steak is resting, start your grill and preheat it to 450 degrees.
Sprinkle the rub on both sides of the steak.
Place the steak directly onto the grill and close the lid.
Cook for 5 minutes, flip the steak and cook on the other side for 5 more minites.
Temp check the steak and pull it off the grill at 125 degrees for medium rare or you can cook it longer
And pull it at 135 degrees for medium.
Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes
Before slicing and serving.
