This simple recipe takes fresh albacore tuna and marinates it lightly in a soy-based sauce and is one of the most fresh, delicious dishes we've ever made.

raw albacore tuna

tablespoon
Japanese soy sauce

tablespoon
Bachans Japanese bbq sauce
½
tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
sriracha sauce
½
tablespoon
furikake

teaspoon
chopped green onion
1
teaspoon
chopped fresh cilantro

teaspoon
sesame seeds
Instructions
Cut your tuna into 1/2" cubes.
Place into a bowl.
Mix together the soy, Bachan's, olive oil, and sriracha. Toss with the tuna.
Garnish with the nori, green onion, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
