Carefully melt the bacon fat and toss the uncooked chicken wings in the fat.
Sprinkle with the chicken rub on both sides and place into the air fryer in a single layer. You will likely have to work in batches, depending on the size on the air fryer.
Cook on 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip the wings over and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the skin reaches your desired level of crispness.
