If using oven, preheat to 350. If using mini pie maker, plug in and preheat until ready. Prepare either method with cooking spray.
Unroll sweet rolls and cut into 1 inch sections. Mix together eggs, half and half, cinnamon, and sugar. Place pieces into the egg mixture, and then into the muffin tins or mini pie maker. Divide the apple topping evenly over all muffins.
Bake in pie maker for 6-8 minutes, or in oven for 15-20 minutes or until dough is set and top is light golden brown.
Remove from oven and drizzle icing over the top. Serve warm.
