Instructions
Add all the base ingredients to a medium saucepan.
Choose what mix-ins you'd like to add.
Simmer all ingredients for 30-45 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
Strain chunks out or blend with an immersion blender.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Flavor improves overnight!
